Rules, Herded About
When you first start install and run Synthia, it already comes with many built-in ground rules, currently over five thousand of them. There may be additional house rules for your facility that have been supplied by your IT staff, and you may have your own rules ( my rules) as well. These interact with Synthia's cloud update system too.
In this section we'll talk about the different kinds of rules, where they come from, and how they move about.
The exact numbering of these rules may shift around in response to Synthia updates, so you should never refer to rules by name in a means rule or procedure (use searches such as rule for a qphrase instead).
